Corban Manor Inn

BACKGROUND:
This historic bed and breakfast inn resides among many historic Victorian mansions in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood of St. Paul, MN. Guests are treated to a globally-inspired breakfast honoring the diversity of the city and highlighting local, seasonal ingredients.

PROJECT:
1. Develop four new, elegant recipes, including side accompaniments, to expand and compliment the current menu for guests taking part in the full breakfast.
2. Create three distinctive make-ahead options, including side accompaniments, to place in guest rooms the night prior for those unable to partake in the full breakfast.

Deliverables – menus, recipes, fresh and pantry lists, local sourcing suggestions, prep schedules, plating instructions and any additional information.

OUTCOME:
The Inn now has the ability to cycle through a series of seasonal recipes which provide interest and variety particularly for repeat guests. Guest comments have been extremely positive and appreciative of the creative, interesting menu offerings.
