Recipe Writing
Susan writes recipes for use by consumers in home kitchens and professionals in commercial settings. She uses best practices in recipe writing, paying special attention to:

  • formats appropriate for the use of the recipe
  • properly listing ingredients, accurate measurements, and form
  • clearly describing preparation methods
  • listing yield or number and size of servings, prep and cook times, if desired
  • noting additional information and serving suggestions
