MV Salads

BACKGROUND:

Client had a personal favorite recipe for salad dressing that she wished to bring to market.  This product would be part of a larger business endeavor for client, a salad restaurant on Martha’s Vineyard to open in summer 2019.  The salad dressing would be used in the restaurant and also bottled and sold to the public.

PROJECT:

This project was a collaborative effort with a partner food business consultant and included:

  • recipe refinement, testing, standardization and writing
  • ingredient research and recommendations
  • co-packer identification, recommendations and guidance

OUTCOME:

Client is manufacturing the dressing and awaiting the opening of her restaurant.  She was extremely pleased and appreciative of the service and support provided by Love + Craft Kitchen and partner consultant.
