Nordic Ware Factory Store

BACKGROUND:
Nordic Ware is a Minnesota-based kitchenware store founded in 1946 to produce Scandinavian cookware products. Home of the famous “Bundt” pan, Nordic Ware now produces hundreds of bakeware, cookware, microwave and grilling products. As part of brand promotion and customer engagement, Nordic Ware offers cooking classes at its Factory Store in Minneapolis, MN.

PROJECT:
Create menus and classes on a variety of cooking topics highlighting Nordic Ware products.

Instruct fun and interactive classes for up to 25 attendees providing information on ingredients and cooking, baking and grilling techniques, while demonstrating use of Nordic Ware products.

OUTCOME:
Love + Craft Kitchen classes are highly rated, regularly filled to capacity with a waiting list, and include repeat customers. Attendees regularly purchase Nordic Ware products on the evening of the class and become loyal, repeat customers.
